Step 1 - Register

Sell my holiday home will require your name, address, telephone number and email address. You will be asked to create a user name and password.

Step 2 - Pay

You can choose a Silver or Gold package and your payment method. Sell my holiday home allows you to pay securely online using Debit or Credit card, or you can pay by cheque.

Step 3 - List

To list your property on the UK's leading international property websites, you will need to have property description, address, price and a number of digital photographs appropriate to the package selected. For help or more information on uploading your property details click here

Step 4 - Publish

Your listing will not immediately go live, but will be reviewed by our marketing team prior to publishing to ensure best practice has been employed and your copy meets advertising guidelines. It may be necessary to make minor modifications to your copy and images to ensure effective presentation to any potential buyers. If significant changes are required we will contact you. Once your property has been authorised for publication you will be sent email confirmation. We aim to publish all property listings within 2 working days of receipt of authorised content.
